With general direction from the Deputy Superintendent of Administrative Services and the Personnel Commission for classified services, responsible to provide leadership, supervision and direction for a comprehensive Personnel Services Department for the classified, certificated, charter school, and substitute teacher services, and the health and welfare benefits administration; provide direction, counsel and advice on personnel matters to programs and districts; supervise the credentialing of all public school teachers throughout El Dorado County.

Experience: Five years of increasingly responsible Personnel Services experience (or closely related field) in public education, including experience in supervision and evaluation, collective bargaining, wage and salary administration, health and welfare benefits administration, and industrial relations. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources management, industrial relations, educational administration, public administration, or a related field required. Administrative Services credential preferred. Please submit the following along with a completed application:
